Steps to Obtain a Certificate of Qualification

1. Vocational Education / College Diploma
2. Assignment of a Seafarer’s Number by the Maritime Transport Agency, upon the college’s request.
3. Obtaining a Seafarer’s Medical Certificate at a medical facility selected by the Maritime Transport Agency:
   • Regional Center of Family Medicine — 38 Baratashvili St.
   • Maritime Hospital — 102 Melikishvili St.
   • Seafarers’ Medical Center 2010 — 4 Tabidze St.
   • Sagitarius — 91 Gorgiladze St.
4. Registration for courses at Meridian Maritime Training Center and payment of the agreed preferential fee.
5. Obtaining an extract/protocol from the Maritime Training Center upon completion of the courses.
6. Submitting the extract/protocol to the Maritime Transport Agency for the issuance of Certificates of Qualification.
