After successfully completing the interview, you must submit the following documents to the college within the specified deadline:
- Photo
- Identity document
- Certificate of completion of general education (school-leaving certificate/diploma)
Medical certificate (Form 100) issued by one of the medical institutions selected by the Maritime Transport Agency:

- Seafarers’ Medical Center 2010 – 4 Tabidze Street
- Sagittarius – 91 Gorgiladze Street
- Certificate confirming military service/conscription status
