Meridian College Students Visit the Poti Maritime Museum
Students of Meridian College visited the Poti Maritime Museum.
During the visit, the students learned about the process of creating ship models, sail-making techniques, and the basic principles of ship construction.
As part of the practical session of the educational workshop, the students also took part in the ship model-making process themselves.
Mr. Irakli Kekelia shared interesting information and practical experience related to ship modeling with the students.
In addition, Ms. Khatuna Katsarava, a representative of the Kolkheti National Park Administration, spoke to the students about environmentally friendly approaches, the importance of conserving natural resources, and giving items a “second life.”
