Practical Training Logbook
After completing the theoretical component of their studies, students of Meridian College began practical training onboard vessels. They regularly recorded and documented their practical activities in a specially developed Practical Training Logbook prepared by the College.
The logbook provided a detailed record of the work process, the tasks performed by the students, and the practical experience they gained during their onboard training.

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Meridian Maritime Training Center LLC and NAPA Projects LLC. During the meeting, the parties discussed future employment opportunities that NAPA Projects will offer to students within the framework of the partnership.

Construction of Meridian’s New Training Facility Completed
Construction of Meridian’s new training facility has been completed, and from now on our seafarers will undergo the practical components of maritime training courses at this facility.
The training facility fully complies with current maritime practices and the relevant international and national requirements.
The following practical training courses will be conducted at the facility:
1) Advanced Fire Fighting;
2) Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting;
3) Basic Training for Oil and Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations;
4) Advanced Training for Chemical Tanker Cargo Operations;
5) Basic Training for Liquefied Gas Tanker Cargo Operations.
As for the training pool, the equipping process is currently underway and will be completed soon.
